Halloween is around the corner, and although reflux is scary enough on its own, you might be getting in the mood and thinking of costume ideas.

For obvious reasons this all-white get-up earns top marks for you this year. By taking an old sheet, cutting out eye holes, and throwing it on, you accomplish several goals:
Similar to the ghost, I recommend an all-white or off-white look, complete with long and thick apron and bakers hat to hide the fact you haven't gotten to wash your hair for five days. Spit up stains are frosting or cake batter.

This will require the least amount of effort of all costumes. Simply carry on with your activities as if it was any other evening. Just make sure not to scare off the neighborhood children.
Throw on that cape. Preferably it will have a front and back, and be very long and thick. Then you work that hard, because this is who you are for your baby and family: a hot, rocking superhero who kicks butt daily.
